Midnight Careers is the UK's first dedicated job board exclusively for night shift positions. We provide:

- Profile management for both job seekers and employers
- Communication tools for the application process
- Resources and calculators related to night shift work
Midnight Careers acts as an intermediary platform and is not an employer or recruiter. We do not make hiring decisions and are not responsible for employment outcomes.
3. User Accounts
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Account Types
We offer different account types:
- Job Seeker Accounts: For individuals seeking night shift employment
- Employer Accounts: For companies posting night shift job listings
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
- Discriminate based on protected characteristics in job postings or hiring
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to collect information from the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Job Seeker Responsibilities
If you are a job seeker, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications
- Only apply for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
- Respect employer communications and respond professionally
- Not share login credentials with others
Employer Responsibilities
If you are an employer, you agree to:
- Post only genuine night shift job opportunities
- Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details
- Comply with all employment laws and regulations
- Not discriminate in your hiring practices
- Handle applicant data in compliance with data protection laws
- Only post jobs for positions you are authorized to recruit for
5. Job Listings and Applications
Job Posting
Employers may post job listings on our Platform. We reserve the right to:
- Review and approve or reject job listings
- Remove job listings that violate these Terms
- Edit job listings for clarity or compliance
- Set limits on the number or duration of job postings
Job Applications
When you apply for a job through our Platform:
- Your application and profile information will be shared with the employer
- We are not responsible for employer hiring decisions or communications
- Employment contracts are between you and the employer, not Midnight Careers
- We do not guarantee job interviews or employment offers
6. Reviews and User Content
Users may submit reviews of companies and other content. By submitting content, you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
- Represent that you own the content or have permission to share it
- Agree that reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and not defamatory
- Understand that we may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion
All reviews are subject to admin approval before publication to ensure compliance with our community standards.
7. Intellectual Property
